My chances of illnesses are common in my family including heart attacks high cholesterol stroke etc want to decrease my family including heart attacks high cholesterol stroke etc want to decrease my health lot of getting these diseases.

Unlike everyone else here I enjoy a good piece of meat but I choose the healthier path and stopped eating it. Now I don’t consider fish in the same category as cow and other kinds of meat so whether or not you consider me a vegetarian or not doesn’t bother me. I eat like a vegetarian for health reasons nothing more.
