		<description>falafel, okra salad, seaweed salad, samosas, cold veggie noodles with sesame seeds, fried vegetables, bushs veggie baked beans, veggie sushi (dont use rice cause it will dry up, just use a lot of veggies) peanut butter sandwiches, fruit salad, marinated veggies salad, trail mix.</description>

		<description>Mmmm... you could make falafel (there are easy mixes you can make, sometimes in the kosher section) and bring hummus, pitas, sliced tomato wedges, sliced and quartered cucumbers, sprouts, and tahini sauce. Great portable veggie snack, and they are good warm or cold. Most vegetarians I know (myself included) really like this snack.</description>
