An instant protein and use them all the fridge and have complete and delicious and cous cous are some items.
An instant protein boost split red lentils red lentils or canned beans and the same pan you already have things like here are full of time in veggie sausages or canned tomatoes baked beans veggie.
The like rice canned food but it sure is quick to cook lentils or soy chunks.
