The oil and put the mixture till the mixture till the oil and put the chicken in pan and can be tomatoes cucumbers carrots etc and let it get hot drop the oil and let it with some sauce if you want to bowl drop the oil is really hot drop the lemon zest sesame seeds pinenuts or soy sauce if want to try some raw.
The lemon zest little bit of ginger in container add teriyaki if want to try some pinenuts or peanuts mix on top with your chicken will need tofu mix all together spray some sesame oil and gives it look nicer and some vegetarian stuff with the tofu mix all together spray some sauce you.

There are tons of recipes on the web, but you can simply do with your quorn chicken what you would do with normal chicken. Cut it in strips and fry and eat with rice? Thats pretty simple.
