		<description>When I became a vegetarian, I felt I was weaker too. I think it is either because your body is not used to getting amino acids from vegetables not proteins or because you do not know what to feed your body (i know i didn't! XD). I think it could be a lack of fat maybe. Try eating more nuts, avocados, and vegetable oil. 

Your own body, your liver, can make proteins from amino acids. Protein is sort of a storage form of amino acids when ever amino acids are ready to be used the are broken down by the kidney.
