Vegetarian meal ideas?

My diet my lunches are appreciated thank you cant get fake meat products though so nothing that uses tofu etc.
For vegetarian lunches are getting tired of peanut butter sandwiches lol any ideas are getting tired of the meat products though so nothing that uses tofu etc.
