    Spanish Rolls Sandwich (Vegetarian)

    Ingredients:

    cheddar cheese
    hard boiled eggs finely chopped
    black olives
    olive oil
    tomato sauce (see recipe in dips and dressings)
    baguettes

    Instructions:
    Cut rolls lengthwise. Remove inner bread being careful not to make holes straight through. Fill with cheese, egg, olive, oil, and tomato sauce mix. Close sandwich, and wrap in foil. Bake 30 minutes in a hot oven.
