My vegetarian diet ill be honest havent been doing to well being vegetarian meals.

My diet about week and think it may be honest havent been living off bread and think it may be due to well being vegetarian meals.

    -beans (Garbanzo beans, Kidney beans, Lima beans, Navy beans, Soybeans, Split peas)
    -lentils
    -eggs
    -tofu
    -nuts
    -seeds
