    to tell you a TRUE vegetarian does not eat meat, milk, cheese, eggs, or yogert. some good foods are vegetarian lasanga and a vegetarian burger. scallop potatoes (there is no scallops in the recicipe.)

    The recipes would use and checked out the library and could write them out for future reference there are some great magazines you can review and checked.

    I live in England and in ASDA (which is Walmart to you) they sell reasonably priced vegetarian cookbooks, I’ve bought some great ones from there.
