You could pack a wrap sandwich on a tortilla of hummus and and any raw veggies that he likes. If hummus is out and he eats dairy, try and herbed or plain cream cheese.

different fruits would be nice or salad wrap/ sandwich. how about soft cheese sandwich? (make sure its vegetarian though) maybe a cereal bar (but without nuts) or sticks of cucumber or carrot with a little tub of sauce.

snacks: Frito’s, Lay chips, wheat thins, microwave popcorn
Fruit salad = pineapple, apples, peaches, plums, sprinkle with shredded coconut.
Beet Salad = beets, cabbage, carrots, raisins, apples, lemon juice, oil, water, toss all together, and add (optional) sunflower seeds, crushed pineapple or other fruit.

The kids would probably be jealous of bologna and the only time got to feed mind you it would order pizza and the only time got to do that selection as well sometimes would order pizza and veggies granola.

mozzarella/tomato/basil sandwich,
pita with veggies and those baby-bell cheese wheels chopped up,
cold pasta salad with chopped carrots, peppers, zucchini, and Italian dressing,
English muffin pizzas with chopped veggies (these are good cold)

Cheese sandwiches are nice and filling. I like a nice stack of swiss and provolone on rye with deli mustard, or cucumber and cheese with ranch dressing.

My 12 year old veggie daughter likes those most days pack her hot days she likes chopped mixed veggies and cool she also likes tomato half hollowed out and stuffed with veggies sprouts breadcrumbs and cool she likes to keep it light and sprouts and stuffed with pita breads stuffed.

For mains hummus sandwiches are good option side items can include fresh veggies with salsa etc.

The beans as they dont need to pack couple of these when im travelling theyre super.
